November 15: Transfer student application deadline for Spring Term
December 1: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application becomes available
January 1: First day the FAFSA can be submitted for the following school year
February 1: Priority consideration deadline for freshman for merit-based scholarships
March 1: Freshman priority deadline for Fall Term regular admission. Decisions will be mailed out on a rolling basis January 15 - April 15
March 31: Priority deadline to apply for federal loans and need-based grants
April 1: WCU begins mailing financial aid award notifications
April 1: Deadline for transfers to submit the Supplemental Scholarship Form (PDF)
April 1: International students application deadline for Fall Term

April 15: Freshman and transfer student summer application deadline
