Western Carolina University is offering an exciting opportunity for you as a freshman during your first year in college. The Dr. Robert Caruso Freshman Leadershio Institute (FLI), a prestigious living/learning community, prepares you to become involved in campus life and explonre a variety of campus leadership opportunities.
FLI helps you make the most of your experience at Western and becomes your home away-from-home during your transition into college. You will make friends who will be with you throughout your college experience, as well as interact with other upperclassmen leaders who are part of the Leadership Institute.
As a member of FLI, you will participate in regional and national conferences, events, community service, and other opportunities to help you develop your leadership potential while contributing to the WCU community.
